02Where we came from

This is how PMG started.

PMG was set up in 2019 to handle maintenance on rental properties owned by McGinn-Wilson Properties and Treetop Realty, a few hundred residential and commercial units across Middle Tennessee. That's the context we built the whole operation around.

So the property-manager basics are second nature: turnover punch lists, photo-documented assessments, scheduled vendor coordination, and billing kept straight per portfolio.
