We started as a property-management vendor

PMG was set up in 2019 to handle maintenance on rental properties owned by McGinn-Wilson Properties and Treetop Realty. The two firms together held a few hundred residential and commercial units across Middle Tennessee, which is the operating context we built the service around.

Practically, that means turnover punch lists, photo-documented assessments, scheduled vendor coordination, and consolidated billing per portfolio. Everything a property manager needs to keep an owner's records straight.
