How do I request service?
Call us at (629) 262-5611, submit a request through our online portal, or email admin@propmaintgroup.com. We'll get back to you to talk through what you need and set up a visit.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, quotes are free for new clients. We walk the property, talk through what it needs, and give you a price before anything starts.
What areas do you serve?
Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, and Hendersonville in Middle Tennessee, plus the cities around them: Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Mt. Juliet, and Gallatin. In Texas we cover Greater Austin, from downtown out to Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Pflugerville. Not sure if you're in range? Ask.
Home maintenance plans
What is a home maintenance plan?
It's a monthly plan that covers the upkeep most people put off until it turns into a repair. We visit on a schedule, run through the exterior, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems, handle the seasonal work, and send a report after each visit. You pick how often we come out.
How much do the plans cost?
Plans are priced by the size of your home. Basic (quarterly visits) starts at $65/mo, Standard (monthly visits) starts at $160/mo, and Premium (concierge) starts at $320/mo. The full table by home size is on the Home Maintenance Plans page. We confirm the price after we walk the property.
What's the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic is quarterly visits for a hands-off homeowner. Standard is monthly visits with the full seasonal schedule and small repairs handled while we're there, and it's our most popular plan. Premium is concierge: unlimited service requests, priority emergency response, a dedicated technician, and watch service while you're away.
What's included in a plan?
Every plan covers four areas of the house: exterior and foundation, HVAC and air, plumbing, and electrical and safety. Standard and Premium also include the full seasonal schedule and the Annual Home Health Report. Materials like air filters and light bulbs are billed back at cost.
Do I have to sign a contract?
The plans require a monthly agreement, and the Basic plan has a six-month minimum. We walk the home and confirm the price before you sign, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Commercial
What commercial work do you do?
Mostly parking lots, parking garages, and general facilities upkeep. Sweeping and cleaning, trash and debris, lot and stairwell lighting, pressure washing, and the landscaping around a property. We run it on a schedule and keep records you can hand to an owner.
Do you handle striping or asphalt repair?
For bigger jobs like striping or asphalt work, we bring in the right specialist and manage it for you. The day-to-day cleaning and upkeep we handle ourselves.
Reports & records
What is the Annual Home Health Report?
Once a year, Standard and Premium members get a written rundown of the whole house: photos including roof shots from the drone, what we checked, and the running history of your major systems. It's a useful record to have if you ever sell.
Do you keep records of the work?
Yes. Every visit is documented with notes and photos, and your full history lives in the client portal. It's useful for your own records, for insurance, and when it's time to sell.
Do you do repairs, or just coordinate them?
We handle the routine work ourselves: filter changes, light bulbs, minor fixes, cleaning, and the checks on each visit. For licensed work like HVAC repair, electrical, or plumbing, we coordinate a specialist and oversee the job.
Scheduling
What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You can reach out anytime and we'll get back to you. For plan clients, we schedule the visits at times that work for you.
How quickly can you respond to urgent issues?
We prioritize urgent problems and usually respond within a day. Premium plan members get priority emergency response. If something like a water leak or heating failure comes up, call us right away.
Do I need to be there for the visits?
No. A lot of our clients set us up with a lockbox or code, especially for vacation homes and rentals. We send a report and photos after each visit so you know exactly what got done.
